This research is developing a study on the main points of the Heritage of Londrina, raising events in the history of the city to identify these assets. Some photographers recorded moments in the life of the city and witnessed the development. Since the city has a large collection of photographs in many public collections, those who arrived with the pioneers of the city and were of great importance to the dissemination of early colonization of the city made by the Company for Land North of Paraná, an English company that was responsible for a major real estate projects in Latin America. Based on literature research and data collection with some professionals involved in the area, we attempted to make a comparison between past and present with taking photographs of the same points today and made an analysis of the characteristics of assets and raising the changes that was preserved despite the rapid development of the city.
